All items will be shipped through the USPS, FedEx, or UPS, unless you are a local customer and delivery arrangements can be made.
All orders will be packed with great care and with the goal of keeping your shipping cost at a minimum.
Shipping costs are calculated manually after your order has been placed. You will only pay the ACTUAL COST of insured shipping with NO HANDLING FEE! The shopping cart automatically calculates shipping according to the dollar amount of your order and it is ALMOST ALWAYS MORE THAN WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY PAY except for heavier packages and/or packages traveling longer distances. Your actual shipping cost will be calculated manually by the weight and size of your package along with the distance it will travel from Virginia. The least expensive shipping option will be the one chosen for your order. Smaller packages will most likely ship with Priority Mail, large and/or heavy packages, especially those traveling the farthest from the East Coast, will mostly likely ship with UPS. PayPal payments are reimbursed overpaid shipping amounts that are over one dollar.
Orders outside the USA are subject to a $5.00 surcharge due to the extra time and materials involved in preparing the international shipment. In addition, international shipping rates are usually higher than the rates which are automatically added in the shopping cart. If you would like to know what the shipping rate is for your country before you place your order, using the Contact link, simply email a list of items you wish to purchase and I will get back to you with the total. I can then email you a PayPal invoice to pay if you'd like.
Once your order has been placed, it is processed quickly. If you decide to cancel your order, and it has not yet been shipped, there will be a $5.00 cancellation fee imposed on your refund. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Please know that all items sold on this site are done in a primitive, rustic, aged, vintage, or distressed style, designed to look old and worn. With that being said, if for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, contact Winter Willow Primitives through email, using the Contact link, within 3 days of receiving as ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED.

Any item must be returned in the condition in which it was originally sent, and in all the original packaging within 7 days.

There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, and the return MUST BE SENT INSURED.
If any of these conditions are not met there will be an additional 10% fee imposed on the refund.
Once the returned item has been received, the original method of payment will be credited for the price of the item alone minus the restocking fee(s).
